Shipping Notice #2

Dear AIRDOT backers!
The second delivery has started.
We emailed the tracking number and carrier link to people who started shipping. Please check it.
This time, the delivery has been started to 119 people in 37 countries.
*And I'm sorry to say that delivery will begin next Monday (October 12) for the next four countries:
India, Kazakhstan, Jersey, and South Korea. We will notify you of the relevant notice on October 14th after delivery.
Shipments to many regions that have already begun are still waiting for flights in Korea. This is due to the reduction of flights caused by corona.
Below is the answer from the shipping company we are using.
"Due to the worldwide spread of Corona 19, post office international mail has been delayed compared to normal due to a drastic reduction in air schedules. Korea Post is making various efforts to secure flights, so please understand this."
I would appreciate it if you could understand the inevitable situation that we cannot control.
We will keep checking and ask for quick delivery.

Shipping Notice #1

Dear AIRDOT backers!
Finally, the first delivery has started. Thanks to your support, we were able to reach this stage.
As we told you in the last update, we started shipping to some countries first.
Fortunately, we were able to ship to more countries than the list on the last notice. Delivery has been started to 435 people in 15 countries below.
The country where delivery started: Canada, China, Germany, the United Kingdom, Hong Kong, Malaysia, the Philippines, Thailand, USA, Vietnam, France, Singapore, Japan, Luxembourg, Indonesia.
*Some regions of Germany, the Philippines, the USA, Japan were not delivered this time. For these people, delivery will begin next week and we'll let them know by message.
We emailed the tracking number and carrier link to people who started shipping. Please check it.
We are planning to send it on October 7th to the places that were not delivered this time. We will notify you of the relevant notice on October 9th after delivery.

Delivery schedule notice and AIRDOT Making Film #7

Dear AIRDOT backers!
Here are some updates on how our project is coming along.
In this update, we’ll cover the completion of the production and the delivery schedule.
1. All products have been produced.
This week, we have completed the production of 1,000 AIRDOT vacuum pumps. We have checked all the production processes and all products, and then we have confirmed that all AIRDOT vacuum pumps have no problem. Watch the AIRDOT making film #7.
We have finished preparing for delivery. If possible, we will send them all next Monday (Sept. 28) and Tuesday (Sep. 29). However, we would like to inform you that there may be a delay at the start of delivery due to the Chuseok holiday (Korean Thanksgiving Day) in Korea next week and the shipping company's situation. Depending on the country, there may be a difference in the delivery start date.
The following countries have been confirmed that delivery will begin on September 28th and 29th: Canada, China, Germany, the United Kingdom, Hong Kong, Malaysia, the Philippines, Thailand, USA, Vietnam.
Delivery to the other countries may be delayed by a week depending on the situation next week.
The first delivery details will be announced between September 30th and October 1st.
3. AIRDOT Product Package
We have decided not to use the AIRDOT product package that was announced in Update #3. Recently, COVID19 has greatly increased the cost of material supply and delivery. We had to cut other costs to make quality products, and we chose to reduce packaging costs.
We are very sorry for not being able to carry out the initial plan, and I ask for your kind understanding on this point.
We will do our best to ensure that the product is not damaged during delivery.

AIRDOT Schedule and Test Video #4

Dear AIRDOT backers!
Here are some updates on how our project is coming along.
In this update, we’ll cover the production and shipping schedule and the sealing test of the AIRDOT vacuum storage bag.
1. Production and shipping schedule
We have now completed the production of 2,700 AIRDOT vacuum storage bags. And then we have confirmed that 1,000 units of the AIRDOT vacuum pump will be ready by September 25th. We wanted to prepare all products by September 18th, but it is delayed for about a week due to the COVID-19. We will go to the factory in two weeks (Sept. 21-25) to confirm the final AIRDOT vacuum pump (1,000 units). And we will start shipping the product on September 28th and 29th.
We are trying our best to make sure each and every piece delivered to you has the highest quality possible and comes as quickly as possible. Our team is still working hard to make sure production is going well.
We will update on September 25th, when all products are ready before delivery. Also, we will update it immediately if there are any changes to the schedule.

2. Sealing test of AIRDOT Vacuum Storage Bag: AIRDOT Test video #4(FINAL)
Continuing from UPDATE #8, we now confirmed that the sealing of the AIRDOT vacuum bag lasts for 190 days. Luckily, we can share it with you in the video below. We designed the AIRDOT vacuum storage bag to keep sealing for more than 6 months. And then we finally confirmed that it lasts more than 6 months. (There was an office relocation between the last video and this video. So, the background changed in this video. Also, this video is not smooth due to power problems in the new office. Please understand that)

Dear AIRDOT backers!
Here are some updates on how our project is coming along.
In this update, we’ll cover the trial production finished.
We finished the trail production by assembling 25 units of the AIRDOT Vacuum Pump. We reviewed the following processes through trial production.
Install the software
Assembly
Operational test
All processes have been confirmed, and 25 trial production products have no problem.

We are currently producing 1,000 units of the AIRDOT Vacuum Pump and 3,000 units of the AIRDOT Vacuum storage bags. We are expected to send our package out starting from the middle of September. I'll notify you again when the specific date is set.
